- International Conference DERBI with RES-H Round Table took place on 1 June 2007 in Perpignan, France.
- NorthSun2007 with RES-H Round Table took place in Riga from 31 May to 1 June 2007.
- Regional conference "The role of RES-H in the European energy supply took place on 25 May 2007 in Rome, Italy.
- The International Slovak Biomass Forum (including a RES-H session) has taken place from 19-20 February 2007 in Bratislava, Slovakia. For more information, please visit the website of Energy Centre Bratislava, ECB.
- 2007 European Renewable Energy Policy Conference (RES-H session), Brussels, 29-31 January 2007. The programme of this 3 day event contained a sesssion on RES heat - Renewable Energies in the Heating & Cooling Sector. It took place on Tuesday, 30 January. Speakers included, amongst others, Mechtild Rothe, Vice President of the European Parliament, President EUFORES.
- Press Conference on 7 April 2005 in Brussels, in collaboration with WWF and Greenpeace, to launch the Joint Declaration for a European Directive to promote Renewable Heating and Cooling -
When the press release was published, the Declaration had the support of over 40 organisations from 19 Member States. Meanwhile the supporting organisations are well over 100. - Dinner Debate at the European Parliament
A European Directive for the promotion of renewable heating and cooling - 06.12.2005.
At the invitation of EREC and EUFORES – several MEPs, European Commission officers, other policy makers and stakeholders discussed future European policies to promote Renewable Heating and Cooling, and specifically the European Parliament’s Initiative Report on this issue. The speakers included MEP Mechtild Rothe, President of EUFORES, and rapporteur of the initiative report on RES heating and cooling, and Ole Pilgaard, Director of EREC and President of ESTIF.
