RE Target for Europe: 20% for 2020

The Renewable Energy Target for Europe: 20% by 2020 translates the RE industry's point of view that if enough progress can be achieved to add a 6%additional contribution from renewables over 13 years (1997-2010), then a further 8% over the following ten years (2010-2020) is feasible, resulting in a 20% share of RES in 2020.
