Registration Submission Procedure

Access to all sessions and conference activities is subject to availability. Places will be allocated on a first pay first serve basis. Only the settlement of the registration fee secures a conference entrance. In order to ensure that your registration information is processed quickly and correctly, the organisers strongly recommend that you register using the online form.

Upon receipt of your registration, you should receive an email summarizing all registration details. After payment clearance, you will receive a final confirmation of registration.

Registration Fees (Excluding VAT 21%)

Inscription Fee: 100 EURO

Representatives of governmental bodies can participate free of charge.

Registration fees include:

Opening cocktail in the REH and Conference day (lunch and two coffee-breaks)

Invoicing Procedure

An invoice will be issued for all registered participants. It will be indicated on the invoice whether this is a receipt, or a demand for payment. All demands for payment should be settled within 30 days. The VAT number must be included (if relevant) for invoicing purposes.
